The Oroqen Baizhi Banner is located on the west bank of Nenjiang River in the northeast of Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is located at longitude 121 ° 55 '-126 ° 10' east and latitude 48 ° 50 '-51 ° 25' north. It faces Nenjiang County in Heilongjiang Province across the river to the north, borders Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner and Arong Banner to the south, and borders Yakeshi City and Genhe City to the west. The Banner is 261 kilometers long from north to south and 280 kilometers wide from east to west. The total area of the entire flag is 54657.8 square kilometers. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south, with continuous mountains, dense mountains and rich old-growth forest resources. The highest altitude is 800 meters, and the lowest altitude is 200 meters.

The Oroqen Autonomous Banner is located in a high latitude temperate humid continental monsoon climate with distinct four seasons. It is dry and rainy in spring, with slightly more humid and hot rainfall in summer, and cold in winter. The annual average climate ranges from 0.3 to 4.4 ℃, with an average temperature of -24 to 29 ℃ in January, 20.1 ℃ in July, an extreme minimum temperature of -41 ℃, and an extreme maximum temperature of 38.1 ℃. The average number of frost free days in the concept is 108 days, with the final frost period on May 26th and the initial frost period on September 11th. The annual average rainfall is 460-500 millimeters, mostly concentrated in summer, accounting for 67% of the country. The average annual sunshine hours are 2439-2750 hours.

The Oroqen Autonomous Banner is an underdeveloped region with low pollution, good ecological environment, and few pests and diseases, making it the best region for producing green food. In terms of seed breeding, about 5 million kilograms of high-quality seeds are provided to outside the province every year. A seed breeding base has been established, and local farmers have rich experience in crop cultivation for producing kidney bean crops.

Rongsheng Company collaborated with Northwest Agricultural University and Heilongjiang Agricultural University to cultivate kidney bean seeds, effectively improving the serious degradation of kidney bean seeds, increasing the yield of kidney beans per unit, and increasing farmers' income. In the past few years, Rongsheng Company has driven more than 3500 farmers to plant kidney beans, with a radiation area of over 500000 acres, increasing the revenue per acre by 200 to 500 yuan compared to soybeans.
